During a very energised and well attended IMA Europe meeting in Paris, the 2022 Incentive Awards were launched.

After a sell-out event in 2021 the event organisers anticipate an even bigger event this year! The Incentive Awards were created over 5 years ago to celebrate all the many achievements from across the employee incentive, recognition and reward sector.

The event provides the perfect chance to toast the industry’s finest achievements, whilst providing a greatly anticipated networking opportunity and the chance to celebrate with friends old and new.

This year the categories have been reviewed to reflect the everchanging and developing landscape in which employee incentives thrive.

There are fourteen categories to choose from, new for 2022 the Best Recognition & Reward category has been split to encourage nominations from incentive agencies and direct from companies who have developed their own inhouse solution. In addition, The Inspirational Place to Work award has been launched to recognise the organisation that puts its people first, offering an engaging and inspiring place to work, the winner will be an organisation that its employees are proud to work for and view it an inspirational place to be; and of course provide a leading reward and recognition programme!

Event Founder Wendy Carter said “This is a pivotal year for the awards as the industry continues to grow and excel, it’s important that we recognise the companies and individuals who are taking an innovative, energised and engaging approach to their incentive, reward and recognition programmes”.

We welcome nominations from across all sectors and business sizes. The deadline is 24 June 2022.

Today, the European Incentive Awards and sister event the USA based Summit Awards, are recognised as the ultimate hallmark of industry excellence for the Incentive industry and its ever growing and developing channels.
