Now in the sixth year, the team behind the awards continue with their mission to recognise and reward the very best employee programmes, great people and amazing technology which showcase exceptional execution, creativity and innovation across the incentive sector.

We are delighted to continue our Partnership with IMA Europe and honoured to announce that we have teamed up with WiiN Global and The Gift Club. The awards criteria have been reviewed and updated to ensure that they reflect the past 12 months and our ever-growing and responsive industry. Plus, we’ve added a couple of new categories for 2021.This years’ event will take place on Wednesday 24 November, returning to One Moorgate Place, London.

In 2020 the virtual event attracted nominations from across the globe, with businesses based in South Africa, Brazil, and Europe securing some of the top accolades.

Nominations are invited from companies and individuals who wish to showcase the excellent programmes they run, or solutions provided by their partners, along with the very talented individuals that drive the sector forward. This extends to both IMA Europe members and non.

Event Founder Wendy Carter said: “Now, more than ever, it is vital to celebrate the industry’s knowledge and experience collectively as one strong voice, to build approaches that not only help address the short-medium term challenges created by the pandemic, but that also provide insight and exemplars of a great solutions and programmes.

The categories and criteria have been updated to reflect the past 12 months and changes in the ever growing and developing sector. Categories include the much-coveted Best Reward & Recognition programme, Best Technology Solution in a programme, Best Channel Partner and Best Company to Work. In addition, two new categories have been added, Application of Technology during Covid-19 and reflecting the theme of the event, Inspiration Response.

Kate Packheiser, Event Partnership Manager added “The last 12 months have undoubtedly been challenging, yet at the same time has created new opportunities. The lockdown and social distancing measures that were implemented as a result of COVID-19 have driven major change in the industry, which has led to an abundance of innovation.’
