What makes you/your business outstanding

What makes HMI Performance Incentives stand out in the incentive industry is three-fold: our team members, culture and our methodology called the Excellence Approach. It's our four-stage process of creating, promoting, and evaluating our clients’ incentive programs. First, we Explore with our clients. We learn about their business, how they go to market, and their objectives. Next, we move onto Envision. We design a blueprint to reflect the client’s performance needs—from the big picture, down to the smallest detail. Then we Execute. Our professional performance improvement team implements the program and monitors its progress. Finally, we Evaluate, because ongoing and overall program analysis drives continued enhancement and ensures performance benchmarks are achieved.
