Our goals are to deliver an environment that promotes networking, content & knowledge sharing. This will deliver growth and retention and heighten the awareness of IMA Europe.

WHAT TYPE OF ORGANISATIONS ARE OUR PRIMARY CUSTOMERS
Any companies involved within the supply chain of the Incentive, Reward & Recognition industry. This will include a non exhaustive list of industry professionals including, Incentive Agencies, Solution Providers, Performance Improvement Agencies, Trade Associations, Loyalty Professionals, Software Providers, Fintech, Fulfilment Houses, & Gift Card Professionals.

WHAT DO OUR MEMBERS WANT
Members want opportunities to learn about the current market status and where the market is going whilst engaging with fellow peers. The industry then becomes more professional and members are able to bring added value back to their own organisations.

WHAT IS OUR BUSINESS
We are the representative body of the Incentive, Reward & Recognition industry. We deliver a professional Board to guide and direct the facilitation of member activities to include four pan European events per year, webinars, monthly publications and virtual monthly networking.
