Congratulations to the team at CR Worldwide for securing the prestigious Company of the Year Award 2020. We chat with CEO David Gould about their continued success.

Is there anyone you would like to single out for recognition for their contribution to the award?

It’s a pure team effort! Without the employees, teams and initiatives implemented throughout the year to ensure CR is a great place to work and provide the best service to our clients, we wouldn’t have been able to write the entry in the first place and prove all the amazing elements and results, that make CR ‘Company of the Year.’

What are the key elements that makes your business successful?

This comes down to: Culture, Communication, Collaboration and Core Values. We work hard to create a company culture where our teammates want to work –recognising achievements, celebrating success and instilling wellbeing and mental health practices.

Our internal culture group of brand ambassadors called the CR Champions, host various events throughout the year like Superhero Day, Employee Appreciation Week or the Christmas Party, to celebrate staff and bring them together.

Plus, they act as a voice to communicate niggles or suggested changes to make to improve our working environment. We act on change. We’re very open and encourage two-way communication between teams and management.

At CR, we encourage staff to be the best they can be. Working together on career development and ongoing training.

But at the heart of everything, are our company values – Can do, Innovative and Respected.  Our staff epitomises these values each day though their behaviour and achievements. Whilst at a business level, we strive to be the best we can be. Creating innovative technology and solutions. Providing outstanding service to our customers. Being passionate and inspirational. And not being scared to push boundaries, in order to achieve more.

What future plans for CR Worldwide would you like to share?

The future is big for us! Since winning the award CR Worldwide has joined forces with 360insights, to bring together world class Channel Incentive Management through our platforms, people and services.

This acquisition enables the first truly integrated SaaS solution that automates CIM, and includes Channel Data Management (CDM), Closed-Loop Reporting (CLR), Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA), and Partner Relationship Marketing (PRM), plus Incentive and Engagement Solutions.

CR Worldwide are excited to play a key role in 360insights explosive growth as they become the largest pure-play CIM providers globally, with David Gould remaining with the business to lead 360insights in the growing European market.

What does this award win mean to the team?

It’s a fantastic achievement and a true team effort. The award represents the hard work, dedication, and commitment of every member of staff at CR.

The award is recognition that the objectives we set out as a business and results achieved, are forward thinking and the award will motivate us to continue to do more great things. Winning the title of ‘Company of the Year’ celebrates and wraps all the accomplishments we have achieved over the past 18 years and concludes life at CR Worldwide, as we move onto our new adventure with 360insights.
