Gift Card Recruitment (GCR) are the First recruitment firm dedicated to the Gift Card, Incentives, Loyalty and Reward market, combined. We have placed all levels of candidates in different roles from Managing Director to Account Managers, Product Specialists to Business Development and consultants in the UK to Dubai. We are just 4 years old and our appearance in this space has been supported and welcomed by many, allowing us to grow by 150% year on year. The team at GCR is made up of committed, loyal and hard working individuals that make us the exceptional business that we are.

WHAT’S NEXT ON THE HORIZON FOR YOUR BUSINESS
It has taken us 3 years to really find our feet in this space and with excellent growth, the only way for us is up. We are now looking at our brand differentiation ( Gift Cards, Loyalty, Reward) and looking at other marketing channels to bring all the skills currently on the market from the industry to the inboxes and social media feeds of hiring firms. A collaboration with the IPM is planned for 2020 to drive new talent in to the industry as is a focus on business across the pond with our friends in the US. Exciting times!
